results are out! haha.
have gradings ranging from AD - D.
passed all! and i'm contented. haha.
next sem i have 2 IS modules.
CATS and Sports & Wellness.
this time, my SW's starting at 8am on a friday.
followed straight up by CATS.
tink i'll go crazy from lack of sleep!!
but it's alright since i've had my share of afternoon IS sessions last sem.
Primary schools had a break cos of some PSLE stuff going on in school.
hence, flooding the tuition centre with extra billions (it seemed) of kids.
from 2 girls to a great number of..
15 BOYS!
you have to see it to believe the unbelievable aggresiveness that boys can possess.
from charging chairs at each other,
to throwing wooden blocks at each other's heads.
it was a market!
one of the boys i taught today, Kenneth, was so "cute"!
i was messing around with that new pimple that i grew under my nose, above my lip.
then he..
"teacher, can u stop digging ur nose?"
then there was this p1 girl, Mayvis.
since she wanted to know my age, i made her try to guess.
"erm.. 66?"
ooooooooooooooooooh..
the innocent questions they can ask.
the innocent answers they can give!
i asked her if i could take a picture of her, and she nodded so excitingly sweet! haha.
she has such a nice smile huh.
I showed obvious favourtism towards Samantha and her today.
they were like angels in contrast with those boys, serious.
Angels of angels.
Samantha made this for me. =D!
well, even the worst boys in the class have got my eye on them.
mainly becos it's the first time they've met me and have this first impression respect.
they fear me more than the other teacher hence giving me a sense of power. haha.
and with this power, i can control them.
so when i do, they seem to be tame-able lions.
all kids, no matter aggresive or murder-able, are definitely lovable.
think this tuition teacher thing was offered to me for a reason.
i've realised a new found patience in tutoring my own brother.
something i've always avoided and hated! haha.
anyway, i've got my first tuition pay today.
that person gave me that extra $5 for that half hour i stayed back today.
i usually leave at 1130.
today i'm supposed to leave at 12. (he paid me for this)
but since it was raining and the whole place was a mess, i stayed till 1. (but no pay, haha)
oh yea, that other teacher had totally no control whatsoever over the children.
he uses aggresive acts back at their aggresive acts.
nothing i would do with children, totally inappropriate. haha.
yea, sensible i am.
