the day out

was out with lisin, jiaqing and sharlin today.
caught an utterly random movie.
if you look closely, it opened in some other country on the 16th of february?
and singapore's only screening it now.
it's a comedy, with violence and crude language - which is why it's nc16.
random and not really worth the $7.50.
wouldn't watch it again. nope.
anyway, while waiting for the movie to screen, we had an hour to kill.
one hour, cineleisure.. entertainment?
pool. just nice, charged by the hour.
lisin's first time playing so we taught her.
omgosh her fingers are like chopsticks i tell you, so unbendable!
and it was like 15 cruel mins into the game when she finally got her first goal.
so bloggable/memorable that i just had to snap a shot of that lucky ball.
9999 -- definite-lottery-strikeable.
you must understand how torturous it was.
nvm, lisin, you'll get better cos you cant get any worse. ha! just kidding.
we'll play again soon,
not forgetting badminton :)

difficult choice but ultimately decided to head down to clarke quay for dinner.
i just loooove that place at night.

my virgin trip there (i know, abit late), it's not bad.
would have that less-than-$10 meal anytime soon again.
and this was the automatic tap AND soap!
never seen one with soap so i was playing around with it since noone was in the toilet anyway.

we walked about clarke quay, till we got tired.
sat at the river, took off our shoes, hung our legs off the edge and it was just great.
the view, the air, the music, the good looking foreigners, everything.
was waving at foreigners having their boat trips again anyway,
love doing that.
what?! i'm a friendly singaporean okay.
so this guy was playing at a pub nearby,
really awesome voice and guitar play.
wanted to get a drink there just so i could sit and listen/stare.

we were sitting right in front of this so we had chances to see people get flung into the air over and over again.
i didn't have to burn a hole in my pocket to feel the excitement,
it got boring after awhile though.
okay, it's 2 days to my brother's bday.
we're celebrating it tomorrow downtown - again.
then sunday will come soon and there'll be preparation for the reopening of school, - again.
